Bank of Singapore refers to media reports from late December 2025 regarding Bank of Singapore and PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk.
Bank of Singapore would like to clarify that neither we nor any of our affiliates hold any direct interest in, or are beneficial owners of PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk. According to the filing made on 24 Dec 2025 to Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK), the direct investor is another party who is not an affiliate of Bank of Singapore. Bank of Singapore is the registered holder of the PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk shares, which is part and parcel of routine operations in the industry.
