Corporate Analyst Programme

The Corporate Analyst Programme (CAP) offers a structured pathway to deepen your understanding of the private banking industry through three immersive eight-month rotations across key divisions and functions. These rotations cover analytical roles within control and support functions, which play a crucial role in the success of our business.

Throughout the programme, you will have exposure to the industry’s core functions and gain insights into how we deliver lasting value to our clients and stakeholders through collaboration and innovation.

The Corporate Analyst Programme is open to our Singapore office. Please take note that to be eligible for the programme, you must be a current or former intern with Bank of Singapore.

What you can expect

24-month programme

You will work with different teams across the bank and take on projects that build on your strengths to make an impact.

Structured training

You will gain the necessary knowledge and skillsets to pursue a career in private banking.

Rotational opportunities

You will gain a better understanding of how various departments work together and act in our clients’ best interests. The exposure will help you advance your career to the next level.

Mentorship

You will be assigned a mentor and programme manager who will work with you to identify your next role at the end of the two-year programme.

Stretched assignments

You will have the opportunity to take part in projects that allow you to work with senior leaders from our parent OCBC Group and build your network.

 

Our Corporate Analyst Programme is offered in Singapore only

 

  • Open to university graduates from any discipline with less than one year of full-time work experience. Priority consideration will be given to former Bank of Singapore interns.
