6-Month Semester Internship: This comprehensive programme provides structured training and extensive industry exposure, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the banking sector. Over the six months, you will have the opportunity to work on bank-wide projects, be a part of our mentorship programme, and build valuable networks.

Our 6-Month Semester Internship programme offers opportunities across five distinct tracks. Whether you are interested in business strategy, data and digital innovation, investments, risk or corporate functions, each track offers meaningful, hands-on experience and opportunities to learn from industry professionals.

If you enjoy working with data, dashboards or emerging technology, this track places you at the heart of our digital transformation. You may help build analytics models, automate workflows and support innovation initiatives across the bank. Along the way, you will gain hands-on exposure to tools such as Python, Power BI and machine learning.
