Bank of Singapore appoints Jacky Leung as Head of Product Management Group Hong Kong

Bank of Singapore has announced the appointment of Mr Jacky Leung (梁家進) as Head of Product Management Group Hong Kong (董事总经理, 香港产品管理部主管) with immediate effect.

Based in Hong Kong, he will report to Mr Lim Leong Guan, Global Head of Products (林良源, 环球产品部主管), and have a local reporting line to Ms Teresa Lee, Head of Greater China, Hong Kong Branch (李凯琳, 大中华区香港总监).

In this role, Mr Leung will lead Bank of Singapore’s product strategy for the Hong Kong branch across key areas such as capital markets, investment research and strategy, portfolio management, lending structuring and advisory, and wealth planning solutions. He will also be responsible for driving the bank’s innovation of product capabilities in support of the clients in the Greater China region.

Mr Leung has close to 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has a successful track record in identifying opportunities for growth and delivering award-winning investment solutions with a strong focus on client experience and digital innovation.

Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, Mr Leung was most recently Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets Products and Solutions, and Managed Investments at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong, where he led large, cross-functional teams to achieve consecutive years of record-breaking financial performance.

The appointment supports Bank of Singapore’s continued commitment to strengthen product capabilities for its growing pool of clients in Greater China.

Mr Leung holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
