Eli Lee is Head of Investment Strategy at Bank of Singapore and he plays a central role in developing asset allocation and thematic strategies across global asset classes for the Bank.
He is a key member of Bank of Singapore’s investment committee, which determines the Group’s overall investment strategy and direction, and serves as a member of the OCBC Group Wealth Panel. He also previously led the Special Situations Research team at OCBC Investment Research. As an investment thought leader, Eli’s independent perspectives are often sought after by international media, including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and CNBC.
With close to two decades of industry experience, Eli began his investment career at the Wellington Management Company in Boston. He graduated from Harvard University with an MA in Statistics.

Mansoor is a macroeconomist and financial market strategist with two decades experience covering institutional investors around the world. Mansoor speaks to policymakers and central bankers and maintains links with think-tanks in Washington and Beijing. He appears on CNBC and Bloomberg Television, his work features in The Economist and he has written for the Financial Times.
Mansoor was most recently at the Royal Bank of Scotland's investment arm, NatWest Markets, where he was the Asia region's Macro Strategist and previously the bank’s Global Head of FX Strategy. Prior to joining RBS, Mansoor spent 17 years at UBS in London, Zurich and Singapore where he was also Global Head of FX Strategy from 2002 to 2014. Mansoor holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
He was tutored by Professor Charles Goodhart, a former Chief Adviser at the Bank of England.

Samira is a credit research analyst with over 15 years of experience within fixed income. Samira is currently a Director within the fixed income research team at Bank of Singapore, covering Indian credits and European banks. Prior to this, Samira worked as a credit research analyst at Invesco where she covered a range of investment grade and high yield credits spanning both developed and emerging markets. She has also worked at Western Asset Management and at Standard and Poor’s where she was a lead credit analyst for European consumer credits. Samira earned a degree in Economics from University College London, and she is a CFA charterholder.

Arturo Bris is Professor of Finance and Director of the IMD World Competitiveness Center. He ranks among the top 100 most-read finance academics in the world. He is the author of several books, a frequent speaker at international conferences, and appears regularly on international media outlets. He also leads the world-renowned IMD World Competitiveness Center(WCC) and is an award-winning teacher and program director. His work has been published in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Legal Studies, and the Journal of Business and he has had articles published in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Handelsblatt among others. Bris’ areas of expertise include corporate finance, corporate governance, financial regulation, and competitiveness. As Director of the IMD World Competitiveness Center he works with governments all over the world assessing, measuring, and managing the competitiveness of countries. The WCC produces trusted annual rankings on economies’ competitiveness, and under his leadership it has expanded its coverage by adding new rankings on talent, digital competitiveness, and smart cities. In addition to leading the Center, Bris conducts research on the relationship between income inequality, social mobility, and competitiveness. His work on the international aspects of financial regulation focuses particularly on the effects of bankruptcy, short sales, insider trading, and merger laws. He has also researched and lectured on the effects of the Euro on the corporate sector and the valuation impact of corporate governance changes. His recent work includes a comprehensive study of 3,692 CEOs from22 countries from 1991-2019, which found strong evidence that existing studies overestimate the impact of CEOs on the performance of the firms they lead, and an analysis of the outlook for globalization in the post-COVID-19 period. At IMD, Bris directs the Strategic Finance and Navigating Fintech Innovation and Disruption programs. He also previously directed the flagship Advanced Strategic Management program between 2009 and 2013. He has led several custom programs for organizations operating in various industries, with a particular interest in the financial sector, and has extensive consulting experience with countries from across the world. His book The Right Place: How National Competitiveness Makes or Breaks Companies provides an analysis of countries’ competitive performance, typical mistakes that countries make, and the pillars necessary to build a truly competitive economy. He also co-authored Flex or Fail: The Future of Work and Pay, Sixteen Shades of Smart: How Cities Can Shape Their Own Future in 2019, and Block change!: How to Survive the Crypto Economy in 2018. Richard Thomas is a managing director and Head of EU Research based in Paris. Since 2012, he has also headed up European Credit Research. As well as managing these teams, he oversees the credit analysis of European Banks and Other Financials. The team focuses on a broad coverage of issuers and themes among European banks. Thomas and his team are consistently ranked in the top 3 in the Institutional Investor's All-Europe Fixed Income Survey for their work on European banks. He joined Merrill Lynch in 2005. During his time at the firm, he has also managed the emerging banks equity research team and sat on the Europe Diversity & Inclusion Council, as well as his current seat on the Paris Executive Committee. CIO & Financial Credit Portfolio Manager, Algebris Investments
Sebastiano joined Algebris in 2012 as an investment analyst. He was instrumental in the launch the financial credit strategies and throughout the years, has helped to establish Algebris’ position as leading specialist in the asset class with a solid track record. Sebastiano is currently Chief Investment Officer, Head of Financial Credit strategies, as well as Portfolio Manager for the Algebris Financial Credit Fund and the Algebris IG Financial Credit Fund, which he has managed since inception. Sebastiano holds an MSc magna cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Padua University, Italy, and is a CFA charter holder. Sebastiano was a professional Alpine Ski athlete, ranking within top 150 athletes globally in Giant Slalom and participating in the European Cup circuit. He lives in London with his wife and three children.
