The global landscape is undergoing a profound shift, as the future unfolds against a backdrop of evolving geopolitical dynamics and structural realignments. Rising policy uncertainty and a more fragmented global order are reshaping the contours of power, trade, and security.
Against this backdrop, markets are navigating heightened uncertainty driven by inflationary pressures, pockets of economic softness beyond AI-led segments, and easing labour market conditions.
Within this environment, Asia stands at the leading edge – driving growth, innovation, and the reconfiguration of global supply chains. We believe that constructing well-diversified, resilient portfolios has never been more critical for navigating both cyclical disruptions and longer-term structural change.
More than ever, investors are increasingly confronted with a number of critical questions as they map out their investment strategies for their portfolios ahead. To what extent will AI drive productivity gains and become financially accretive for companies? How should investors size geopolitical risk premia across time and scenarios? Are the traditional notions of safe haven assets still relevant?
