Designed for individuals aspiring to build a career in private banking, the ARM Development Programme offers a carefully curated 24-month pathway, consisting of structured learning, rotational attachments and hands-on experience to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to succeed in the client-facing wealth management role.

 

The ARM Development Programme is available in both our Singapore and Hong Kong offices, with priority consideration given to former Bank of Singapore interns.

What you can expect

24-month programme

You will work with different teams across the bank and be part of impactful projects that help develop your expertise as an Assistant Relationship Manager.

Structured training

You will acquire knowledge, technical skills and industry expertise required to succeed in private banking.

Rotational opportunities

You will gain hands-on experience through rotations in various departments, providing valuable exposure to the private banking ecosystem.

Client servicing skills

Our ARM Development Programme is offered in Singapore and Hong Kong

 

  • Open to university graduates from any discipline with less than one year of full-time work experience. Priority consideration will be given to former Bank of Singapore interns.
