Using the app

Fill in the digital application form to set up a Digital Services account if you:

  • are an existing client of Bank of Singapore
  • have not signed up for Digital Services yet
  • are the account holder or authorised signatory
  • have registered your mobile number and email address with us

Digital Services is only available for Bank of Singapore clients with non-Hong Kong regulated accounts. Non-Hong Kong regulated accounts refer to accounts handled by Relationship Managers outside of Hong Kong and/or with booking centres other than Hong Kong. We will make the service available for Hong Kong-regulated accounts in the future.
